An Experiment in Small Things
Send me your address, and I'll mail you 24 seeds of Hopi Blue Dent Flint Corn. For medicine or chips, it's good for both. It costs me about 2 Bucks to do this if you can help O.K., if you can't , .... that's O.K too.

Patience dear man, the corn will come, surely as the sun will rise.

hey... I'm playing the game....
haven't had time to go to the mail today.... wouldn't make a difference... can't plant until the end of May....
Hi CBob!
Hey CBob, Thanks for the quick response. I will plant that seed as soon as it get's here. As you know, we're deep into the growing season already, here in Houston. Any suggestions on prepping the soil? Ours is sandy and seems very rich. Things grow well. Some here use lime, I believe because of the high acidity? It seems odd. Does that make sense? Thanks, Chloe

Full sun, and lots of manure, I'll see if I can find out about the soil PH, but what you're doing with lime. sounds right on for corn.
Corn is a heavy feeder.
